ABOUT THE RESILIENT TEEN
Support that respects where teens really are
The Resilient Teen exists to support young people aged 13–21 with the emotional, social and practical skills they need as they move through adolescence, exams, relationships, independence and early adult life.
WHO WE SUPPORT
For teens, older teens and young adults finding their way
The teenage years can be exciting, messy, confusing and full of pressure. Young people are developing their identity while also managing friendships, school, exams, online life, family expectations and big decisions about the future.
The Resilient Teen gives them support that feels age-appropriate, practical and emotionally safe — without speaking down to them or making everything feel clinical.
OUR APPROACH
Warm, honest and practical
We help teens understand themselves, build confidence and develop tools they can actually use in real life.
We meet them where they are
We do not expect teens to arrive with perfect words or clear answers. We start with what is real for them now.
We make support practical
Young people need tools they can use in friendships, exams, family conversations, university life and everyday pressure.
We support the bridge to adulthood
For older teens and university students, we focus on confidence, independence, emotional safety and decision-making.
PART OF THE RESILIENT ECOSYSTEM
A bridge between Kid and People
The Resilient Teen sits between The Resilient Kid and The Resilient People. It gives young people a dedicated space as they move from childhood into adulthood.
This means support can grow with them — from school and family life, into university, work, relationships and independence.
