TEEN SERVICES
Support for teens, young adults and university transitions
Practical courses, therapy and teen-specific resources for young people aged 13–21, helping them manage anxiety, confidence, exams, friendships, emotional regulation and independence.
WHAT WE OFFER
Support that grows with them

Teen Courses
Practical courses for teens and young adults covering anxiety, confidence, exam stress, emotional regulation, friendship, transition and independence.
The LMS is not connected yet, so buttons will be linked once the courses are ready inside Frappe.

Practical learning for real teen life
Our teen courses are designed to feel accessible, useful and age-appropriate. They are not about giving young people more pressure or more information to hold. They are about helping them understand what is happening inside them and giving them tools they can use in real situations.

THERAPY
A safe space to talk, understand and build tools
Therapy gives teens and young adults a space where they can be honest, understood and supported without judgement. It can help them explore anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low confidence, friendship difficulties, stress, identity and big life transitions.
Support is warm, practical and grounded. The aim is not to “fix” young people, but to help them understand themselves, build confidence and feel more able to manage life.
